The Guernsey government has published a ten-year strategy for its finance sector, with the aim of extending access opportunities, such as alternative investments and charitable giving, to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs). These measures come as part of Guernsey’s strategy to support tokenised securities and assets. However, industry stakeholders have warned that elements of the anti-money laundering regime can delay transactions and fund distributions.
