澤西島：有限責任公司獲準擔任受託人
澤西島金融監管機構更新了其關於有限責任公司（LLC）的指導意見。自2026年10月14日起，有限責任公司獲準擔任公司受託人和信託公司，並可從事某些金融服務活動。先前限制有限責任公司只能服務於具有金融專業知識的投資者或客戶的規定，現已取消。先前的諮詢結果表明，部分現有指導意見可能限制了有限責任公司在該司法管轄區的使用。

JERSEY: LLCs given permission to act as trustees
Jersey's financial regulator has updated its guidance on limited liability companies (LLCs). From 14 October 2026, LLCs are allowed to act as corporate trustees and trust company businesses, as well as for certain financial services activities. Restrictions limiting LLCs to financially sophisticated investors or customers are being removed, following consultation indicating that some of the existing guidance may have limited their use in the jurisdiction.
