EU: Costa Rica and Curaçao removed from 'non-cooperative' list
The European Union Council of Ministers has kept unchanged its list of 11 jurisdictions, including Panama, Russia, Trinidad and Tobago and Vanuatu, designated as non-cooperative for tax purposes. It has removed Costa Rica and Curaçao from the Annex II list of jurisdictions that have given undertakings to meet the EU's tax good governance standards, having addressed their deficiencies in automatic exchange of tax information. Antigua and Barbuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Seychelles and Turkey remain on the list.
