南澤西島金融監管機構現已發布指南，供受監管實體訪問義務實體和受益所有人登記冊，以履行反洗錢法規定的客戶盡職調查義務。自今日（2 月 24 日）起，義務實體的主管理員將能夠聯繫澤西金融服務委員會以請求訪問，並將於 3月 1 日起獲得訪問登記冊的權限。

ERSEY: Guidance issued for access to obliged entity beneficial owner register

Jercey's financial regulator has now published guidance for regulated entities accessing the obliged entity and beneficial owner register for the purposes of fulfilling their customer due-diligence obligations under anti-money laundering legislation. As of today (24 February), the obliged entity's lead administrator will be able to contact the Jersey Financial Services Commission to request access and will be given access to the register from 1 March.
