新加坡企業服務提供者 (CSP) 監管制度的修正案於 2025 年 6 月 9 日生效。修正案要求所有 CSP 必須在新加坡會計與企業管制局 (ACRA) 註冊，並限制其任命提名董事的能力。修正案還擴大了 CSP 客戶盡職調查義務，並要求在向可疑客戶提供任何公司服務之前進行實際所有權驗證。 CSP 及其高階主管將因違反義務而承擔刑事責任和處罰。
SINGAPORE: Nominee director restrictions come into force
Amendments to Singapore's corporate service provider (CSP) regulatory regime come into force on 9 June 2025. The amendments require all CSPs to register with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and restrict their ability to appoint nominee directors. They also extend CSP customer due-diligence obligations and require beneficial ownership verification before providing any corporate service to a suspect customer. CSPs and their senior management will be subject to criminal liability and penalties for breach of obligations.
