JERSEY: Improvements to private fund regime

The Jersey Private Fund (JPF) regime has been amended by removing the existing cap on the number of offers per investor, expanding the definition of professional investor, allowing the listing of interests in JPFs and introducing a 24-hour authorisation process for JPF applications. The changes take effect on 6 August.
